always losing the races

OK in the past i posted about a hand and this one is kinda similar

I had Q9 off guy raises with Q 8 off

He flops 2 pair with a q 8 10 rainbow flop
so like my other artical i had a pair and straight draw but i also had 3 more out with any 10

This time the q9 lost but still same kinda situation

Either way i always seem to be on the loseing end of this situation

the best way to win races is to avoid them all together. It is tough in tournments when you need to make a move but if you try you can aviod races. if you have good patience you can get your oppenent to 30% and under in hold em but gl eric.... AC soon i need real money lol
