Well if you were playing against me, u would fold, becasue you know I would be holding a diamond flush, not very high, maybe 7 high, so Iwould want you to have to pay to either draw another diamond or catch something good, I have the flush, you would have to pay to chase.

well you probally did call but, against most anyone here might have been good to stay as we all know each other well.However in that game that early at that price I would have folded, because the 6 or 9 could have gave him a set, any other pair he may be holding with a diamond in it gives him the flush draw, if he doesn't have A K of diamonds already.My reasoninig not enough chips, to early to many outs against you.You may have called and won being king Isfh and all, but fold would be my play.

Very simple answer - FOLD. There is no way you can make this call. The very worst hand that he can have and go all in with is the K of Diamonds, that being a very unlikely play, would make him about a 34% shot of hitting, but then say that he had K9, that gives him a couple more outs. Other then that he would most likely have flopped a set or a low flush that he doesnt want people drawing against. AK is a nice hand but against that flop and that bet it shrinks up very quickly. If you are the sort of person who likes to risk nearly all there chips on the hope that someone is bluffing (semi-bluffing) then by all means call this bet (and let me know where you play) but for anyone who is serious about poker then it is a simple fold.

I agree, FOLD. Even if he has 1 diamond, he has a chance of catching the flush. He might have flopped trips... who knows.

On the play of the pre-flop betting and the all-in bet, I would say the all-inner held K-Q od Diamonds.

Unless he's a very loose player, I would put him on A9 or diamonds. A single ace with low kicker, or a single diamond, is the best you can hope for, and then you would have to hope the turn/river doesnt bust you.
