Well 5 BBs is not that much, I mean to put it into perspective, if you were playing 1/2 NL holdem where average buy in is 200, it would only be 10 dollars to the villian.
So really its standard to call there, especially in a cash game.

Also 77 vs Q6 isnt that bad.

Ya I know. I had to try and double up, I was sure I was ahead. I didnt say it was a bad play. I would have done the same. It was just the pattern of the board that made me think... Like God was staring up at me giving me the middle finger.
