    Most online gambling is not illegal in most areas of the U.S.

    There are obviously some exceptions, but I wouldn't generalize online gambling as illegal in the U.S.

    Im pretty sure you would get screwed out of it someway if in the USA. Considering online gambling is tech Illegal enuff to probably not be able to go after it in court... and the vigours ID checks I hear they put you through inorder to make a withdraw. The flash drive thing is a good idea. Put all the passwords and account info on there, so you family could just transfer it using your ID or something.
