It's not really collusion. It's just common to find buddies or relatives playing together and in a situation where it becomes just the two of them in the hand you'll see them muck winning hands from time to time. Like I said, it usually happens in lower limits where it wouldn't be worth it to collude - It happens most often so that the other player has chips to continue playing with.
