There is one class of hands I will put him on. He has Kx possible suited with diamonds, but I would expect a reraise on the turn. This allows him to take more if he does indeed hit the flush on the river. I'm not a great heads up player, but I've won me a game or too. I can see him having very strong hand that he is slow playing to milk as much as possible from the aggressive hero in the hand.
