$1/$2 NL Cash game
I'm in middle position, and as the cards were dealt, for whatever reason, I just happened to decide that I wanted to raise preflop, before I even looked at my cards.
There's one limper, I look at T9o and almost without thinking throw in two red chips.
One of the blinds calls, the limper calls, so about a $30 pot.
Here comes the flop, 567 rainbow. This flop makes it easy to bluff at, because I've still got the backdoor 8 gutshot draw worse case scenario.
Anyway, blind checks, and limper bets out $10. I think shortly and raise to $30. The blind player folds, the limper thinks a long time, then calls. Because I know a little about the player, I put him on either A7, A8, 78. Somewhere in that neighborhood.
Turn card comes a 6. Villain checks it to me fairly quickly. Not so quick that he appeared excited to hit the 6, but quick enough that he didn't appear to be intentionally thinking a long time. I ruled out him holding a 6 and bet $60 into the $90 pot.
Villain folds A7 face up almost immediately. I muck my T9 and start stacking chips. Villain asks "Jacks?" and I say simply "Sure."
