Pre-flop you only have K high. Just because it's suited, doesn't mean your going to hit these outs when they are not promised.
Not only that but if you don't hit your suit, you have K high. Now this is when you know how to fold these hands. Lets say Ks 5h 9h and you have K10d's.
Someone bets for the pot for the pre-flop action, you are last to act (best position) you are drawn dead. You have to assume someone has a higher K atleast. The only circumstance to this is if you are in first position, but it's potential for disaster without the right reasoning, before your action.
This happens all the time with the pro's.....................
Just because a hand is suited or what you think usually hits from the hours you put in, doesn't mean that you are the dealer dealing off the bottom of the deck. Remember, position, play, and opponents. Don't ever think, know.
