Ex. If you take a look on the turn card... I know everyone here knows what I'm talking about when you think, "They have little outs, but I have been hitting, they will hit."

Then BAM! They hit.

It seems to always be based off of the turn...

From what I have noticed, when you have the guy destroyed and your both all in on the flop... He will hit the joker on the turn.

Not only that, but it takes a minute for it to come out.....
