Daniel Negreanu is one of my favorites because he speaks of it. He's means what he says and doesn't hesitate with his game. He came from modest means and was determined to become a professional poker player. That's what it's all about.

Although I noticed that he had slipped on high stakes, he is one of the best aggressive players in the field right now.

There is a lot to learn from him, pay attention!

He is without a doubt one of the GREATEST players to play at a poker table. A legend.

Dan Harrington was the player who caught my attention back when Moneymaker won, and his books have only solidified that opinion. He is clearly my favorite, though I also really like Jennifer Harman and Ted Forrest. I am also indebted to poker players who have written poker books that I find useful; that list includes: Doyle Brunson, TJ Cloutier, Daniel Negreanu, Phil Gordon and Barry Greenstein, whose charity work is also noted.

My favorite is Phil Ivey. I honestly think he's the best poker player in the world in the high stakes games.

I might be biased because I have a crush on him but he's still my favorite.

Negreanu has been my favorite pro because I think he fun to watch he always seems to know whats going on all around the table. Its funny how he calls cards out all the time too. I have seen him make some great lay downs which I respect more then great hands. Mike Sexton is another person i have alot of respect for the way he plays. Matasow would be the most fun to have at a home game I believe.
