Klink and I went to see Billy Joel and Elton John in concert tonight. What can I say, it was amazing! They both came out on stage and did several duets, singing each others songs. Then Elton John did his own complete set, followed immediately (no intermission!) by Billy Joel. Then they reunited for several more songs until the show wrapped up nearly 4 hours later.

There were so many great moments to remember! Some highlights: Billy Joel joking around about where different people were sitting, the random Beatles set in the middle of the show (they sang "Birthday" and "Back in the USSR" and it sounded just like the original! Normally I hate cover versions, lol), some guy rushing the stage and proposing to his girlfriend, and Elton congratulating them after she said yes, and of course all the hits! It was an awesome show, and definitely worth the money, especially since it was a Christmas gift to us from my parents, haha. But I got us tickets to see Bruce Springsteen next month, so that will hopefully be just as awesome.
