create a folder on your decktop named "casinos" or "poker" or something.
then in that file create a notbook entry, with your passwords and when you have finished, put the balance you have on that account next to it. And for emails, depending on who you are with, you can create folders for stuff. I have one for passwords, and one for bonus details.
