With regards to your first post...

2betting - First raise
3betting - Re-raising a raiser
4betting - Re-reraising the reraiser of the raiser.
5betting - Re-re-reraising the re-reraiser who reraised the raiser.

Therefore....

6betting is your 5th raise on that street. 6betting is not betting 6x the blind.


Im only saying this to avoid confusion if someone is reading a different post here talking about 4betting or something, and they get confused because they thing 4betting is 4x BB raising.
