8 tables is very hard. VERY. Dont try and watch them all, just cascade them down the screen to minimize mouse movement. Ive successfully done 11 tables on cake testing this out. You should be ok, but its damn tough!

I experimented increasing sreen reselution to its
highest setting and was able to fit 6 tables at once
on my 15 inch screen with no over laps.
Each table is about 3"X4" but I can make out the cards.
I can't read any chat, but who will have time for that.
With a 5000 chip start, it might be smart to play 4 for 15
min, then the other 4 for 15 min. At least for the first hour.
Anyone can last an hour without playing, with 5000 chips.
The second hour will be hectic, but more than likely
you will be out of 2 by then. It favors my game, I am a maniac.
lol hard to watch one table here, I might try tho.I will let ND know by saturday.
UMMM may not be no golf,I could play early.I just get headaches with 2 tables or trying to watch someone else and play.Shoot I stay confused these days.
Multiple monitors is the way to go if you can. I'll be at work and not sure if I can play.
I will do my best to put off work.
