Ya kids don't give a crap anymore and its because they get away with it. I think this kind of all started with my generation and I dont see it getting any better. This kids parents are retarded, He should have been taken from them a long time ago. This kid should be in jail for a year or so, let him get his fecal matter pushed in and see if he wants to do this again.
