Your not the only one frustrated with Full Tilt Support and Im sure you wont be the last.
Full Tilt has the worst support out of the top poker sites and it is visible by everyone.
Yes every other site besides stars and tilt has live support but I can speak for stars at least that they are usually very very quick to respond to there emails and they are available 24/7/365
So really Full Tilt has no excuse of why they have such slow support becasue they are one of the top 5 sites on the internet, you would think customer care would be a top priority.
After you sent your email, did you receive the email confirmation letter saying that they got your email and will respond within 24 hours. Every time I've email support for anything, I've gotten the confirmation letter, then a reply with 24 hours of the confirmation letter. If you didn't get that letter, re-send the email as they probably didn't get it.
I second what ffcowboy76 and the reasoning for their response team is because of their staff.
They don't have as good as staff as PokerStars.
Fewer people means higher invoices and long response times.
