The difference between this and live, is live I do this to people, online people do this to me.

    Examples from last live games

I have 103 in the BB. 4 limpers including the small blind. 4/8 blinds, I have about 80 chips

Flop is Q105 Checks around. Turn is a 7, the small blind shoves for 13 chips. I decide it's about 50/50 on whether he has the Q or the 7, so I call. Rest of the table folds, and he shows me Q3. River's a 10 obv.

Another example. I have 8s7s in the bb. 4/8 blinds, I have 70 chips Middle position miniraises. 2 callers in late position, small blind and myself try to call. Flop is 966. Small blind checks. I look around, the limpers are getting ready to fold, and the small blind is disinterested, so I figure it's just me and the raiser. I think she just has overcards, so I shove. She snap calls and all the rest fold as expected. She shows me JJ, and I river the 5.

i also believe whatever NDN says but i have to disagree with a couple with his post -
-first thing is i do get mad at a player when i get beat but only for a while...LOL
-second is i find it hard staying away from the computer when im in a middle of the game specially when losing and you said:

I often take long breaks from the game because I lose a lot of patience for it after all of the beats I take. Instead of taking a break this time around, I am going to continue playing and use this thread to post some of my results for everyone to discuss

i just think your doing fine taking those breaks when losing a good hand and i do think its a mistake to still continue playing even though you get loses after another.this is just my opinion and it is from my experience playing online , but then of course noone can tell you from what you decide to do. GoodLuck!
