Default what hand would you rather have!!!!

i was in a full tilt tourney 10 + 1, 27 people nl holdem. I was middle of the pack and my next hand i get AA. first guy to act limps three folds and then the next guy four bets. and the guy behind him shove with a small stack. now it was up to me and i open shove over the top to isolate me and the small stack. the first guy that limped calls and the original raise calls. four people to this flop and the cards were AA, AA, KK and QQ. which hand would you rather have......flop came QQ2,turn 7 river K.......hahaha i was laughing so hard after i saw this. by the way i was still in the tourney with 450 chips and ended up placing in the money. got to love full tilt. thenutzaa1

Firstly ill make this easier to read for ppl.

I was in a full tilt tourney $10 + $1, 27man NLHE. I was middle of the pack and my next hand i get AA. first guy to act limps, three folds, and then the next guy four bets. and the guy behind him shoves all in with a small stack. now it was up to me and i Re-raise all in over the top to isolate the small stack. the first guy that limped calls and the original raiser calls. four people to the flop and the hands were AA, AA, KK and QQ. which hand would you rather have??......flop came QQ2,turn 7 river K.......hahaha i was laughing so hard after i saw this. by the way i was still in the tourney with 450 chips and ended up placing in the money. got to love full tilt.

The first bold bit.... to "4 bet" you need a raise and a reraise.... just letting you know. Did you mean raises to 4x BB's?

Isolating with AA?????? Bad idea. Surely you want more action with AA not less....

And yes whoever flopped Quad queens is lucky!

And this happens everywhere, not just one site

please explain to me why you want alot of action with AA?
thats bad playing to me, the more people you let in the hand, the more people get to see cards. I LIVE BY this rule...which i believe someone on this site posted and that is... "always remeber, AA is only ONE PAIR."

Wow, there must be something in the web. I'm gonna disagree with eejit, which hasn't happened yet. You don't want action from more than 1 or 2 players with AA. Anymore than that and you are asking for someone to hit something to bust you. I've always said that I only want 1 other player in the hand with AA. I will milk as much as possible from him, but I never wish for 3+ callers preflop when I'm holding AA.

If I have AA it's an instant pot bet preflop. To assign ranges to players who call cold behind me they should have 2's or better, AK, AQ and sometimes AJ. The limpers before me you can put on the same as above plus KQ, KJ and occasionally KT. Now when the flop hits if I don't pick up an A I got problems. If there are big cards, how many people picked up a straight draw, 2 pair, or even a set? If I'm in with only 1 player the odds are greater that the flop missed them.

    fyi eejit,
i played a 6 person SnG tonight where a guy limped with AA ON THE BUTTON, i flop top pair(J7)...flop(J34), weak kicker, i bet 2/3 of the pot, he smooth calls, then a K comes on the turn, check check, river 9, i think im good, i value bet for like 1/5 the pot, he smooth calls with AA...im like wow, u coulda got soo much more outta me...anyways long story short, guy limps AGAIN w/ AA when the blinds are 50/100, 4 people to the flop...im sitting there with 56 suited in the small blind, i call to see a flop...flop comes K78,K and 8 of my suit, i bet out 2/3 of pot, he smooth calls, turn 4, i lead out for 1/2 the pot he shoves...and THAT, eejit, is why you dont want alot of players in the hand when holding AA.

    This is easy.
First of all are you trying to ask me what hand I would rather have. AA or KK or QQ?
Please, tell me that your kidding.
Of course since someone else has AA, we have no outs unless the board comes 4 card flush on it and we have the A of that suit.
But according to the poker odds calculator. The probability of winning this hand is as follows
Players with Aces-2% 58% chance of a tie.
    Player with Kings-20.51%
    Playe with Queens-17.90%
So of course I like the aces here because realistically they only have 4 outs between the two of them. So your trying to stay away from the 4 outs unfortunately they hit both.
    Easy call tho.

    HAHAHAA

    Online poker son.

It's not what I wish I had, but where I wish I was playing.

You must expect this if you are trying to build a bankroll.

Online is muuuuuuuuuuuuch different than live.

    Best of wishes mate!
