    Default Chip Tricks

So I'm at my local cardroom and I'm watching this guy who I've never seen play there before,

I'm kind of a regular, hard to believe I know. I'm not one of those guys who should have his

mail forwarded to the casino but, I spend a fair amount of time playing live games. What

made me take notice was he obviously hadn't played much outside the house or online. He

was trying to teach himself how to shuffle chips like they do on the tv. It wasn't going well.

I do stacks of 10 all day like its crack. So I thought maybe someone here could use a lesson

so they don't show gills or fins poking out at a live table.

This guy has tricks to trick tricks.

This was cool, BirdShow. Hopefully I'll be able to figure this out, I've been wanting to learn!

I didn't know you wanted to learn Tay, I can shuffle chips really well. I can't do any other tricks though.

I know you can, it makes me jealous. I've tried, but only a couple times.

What I find is trying to learn on a hard surface like your kitchen table, not a good idea.

Can't use regular coins or those cheap poker chips, they need to be casino style, clay.

Start with 2 stacks of 3 and work your way up.

I actually push dawn a little with my finger tips on the opposite end of each stack.

This pushes up the middle where the two stacks of chips meet and, separates to form the,

what I would call the zipper.

Then just lift up. Imagine you're a magician slowly pulling a handkerchief up to reveal

    whatever.

    --- Bonus Tip ---

Try it on your sofa cushion. Trust me. Sometimes i actually chip shuffle on my leg while driving.
