Problems with no deposit bonuses

I have already sworn off Windows casino and Hampton casino for their side-stepping of rules on the no deposit bonuses. Now Portofino has earned a spot on my blacklist.

I will paste my conversation below but the synopsis is: you may only cash out 1x the bonus (after playthrough requirements) but they supposedly don't allow withdrawals of less than $15 (even though I saw the option of $5 through Neteller on their site). In any case they would not credit my $5 even though according to the person I talked to, it wouldn't make a difference since I wouldn't be able to cash out. Grrrr!

Me: Then what good is a no deposit bonus? The terms said I could cash it out for $5

Casino Support: All winnings earned on the free bonus will be cleared from your balance once you make a real money deposit.
Me: But the rules state that if I meet the requirements, I am allowed a 1x cashout...you even said so yourself a few lines up
Casino Support: Yes - but we do not process withdrawals of less than $15
Me: Then why do you offer withdrawals of $5 through Neteller
Casino Support: Therefore, winnings earned on free bonuses by NON-DEPOSITING players cannot be withdrawn
Me: Then why not give me $5 credit and I will try to cashout?
Casino Support: As I mentioned above, we do not process withdrawals of less than $15
Me: So then it won't hurt you to give me $5
Me: I know I can cashout the $5 on Neteller
Casino Support: I'm not the one to make a decision on this matter.
Me: You read me the rules and then denied me the rules

Thanks for making this post. That chat was disturbing to read. I will contact them about that and see what they have to say.

You did mention that you swore of Windows and Hampton - Just wanted to let you know that Windows, Hampton, Portofino, Gold Key, And Magic Oasis are all part of the same group now. They are run my a pretty good groupd (Wager Junction) so hopefully we can get something done about this.
