    I think they may have all died.

    The phone worked though.

    I'm the last person to ever call a casino (anyone really for that matter).

    yea calling them from my house phone did cost a grip even on my cell phone did but the house was worst if u wanna save money just email them or try and get lucky on livechat

    I would say the live chat works about 20% of the time at best. One time I did A little test for myself. I was trying to claim a Bonus Match on A deposit I had just made. Much like Birdshow, I dont like having to chat with using my voice. Many times its late at night and dont want to be waking the entire family with my loud voice. Anyway, I decided I would keep tryin live chat until someone answered. After the chat window timed out 3 times about a minute on the forth attempt A support person did answer.

    I believe that the live chat room is way understaffed for the volume of promotion codes they must redeem in a Day. The other group of "Vegas Tech" casinos (I refer to as the "English harbor group") has an automatic method for awarding bonus match dollars. That is most likely the lyon share of the reasons people are trying to contact Go, Golden, or on line vegas casinos anyway!


    Sometimes I just do not feel like going through the hassle of contacting them and end up not making my depost with them, like I would have preferred to do.

    ** IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT RECEIVING THE $20 ND BONUS **

    If you ever want to get that $20 ND Chip for Go Casino, make sure that you request it and then see it on your account BEFORE you make any deposit on the account. Once A deposit is made, the support person can't make the system accept the code.

    This happened to me, I requested the $20 ND via email and waited and waited and waited! I wanted to try out the place and claimed the 1st auto match depost. Lost it all. Then i waited still 24 more hours! Then I used my telephone and called the toll free number.

    They agreed with me that I had requested it before I made my deposit. The man tried to enter the code and get me my $20 ND but it rejected his attempts since that deposit was recorded in their system! Atleast the guy tried to get it for me so I could not get too mad. Just a little mad that they check their emails only whenever they feel like it! That was not the mans fault though.

    It was late at night or early morning and I dont think there were any people that had the authorization to "override" the system. I did say this , "so, what your telling me is that I am gettting penalized for making A deposit?"

    He just restated how he wished he could do somthing about the problem but his hands were tied due to the system. And how I still had a whopping 19 deposit match bonuses left for 100 percent match.

    Perhaps one could make A big stink and somehow get casino management inv olved to hear your case and get the bonus anyway. I would be worried more about them getting all upset with a person

    thats odd went i first claimed the no deposit $20 bonus i had that in my account in less then 2 minutes and couple days later i deposited and the bonus deposited was automatically there with my deposit hmmm thats wierd 4 wat has happen to u sorry about ur lost tho thats all bad.

    You see PlayBoy it happened like this order:
    (1) Downloade Casino and used Casino Email program to request the $20 ND
    (2) A couple of Days go by
    (3) After reading about the 20 deposit bonus at 100% match. I made a $25
    deposit and DID receive their 100 percent match automatically. No contact
    required with their staff for the 1st of the 20 deposit match bonuses
    (4) Lost my deposi ant the bonus match
    (5) Approx 24 hrs pass and still the $20 ND bonus is not on my account
    (6) I then call the 800 and TALK with the support person on my home phone
    and he finds my email from step (1) above. Aknowledges it arrived prior to
    1st deposit from step (3) above.
    (7) Support person tries to redeem the $20 ND code for me while we were both on
    the telephone still. He gets an error and puts me on hold.
    ( After a brief pause, he returns to the telephone conversation we are having
    tells me that there is no way he can make the system accept code now
    because it sees that deposit made by me from step (3). He regreats that
    he cant override the system and tells me that the bright side is that I still
    have another 19 depost bonusas that I may redeem for 100%
    (9) Call ends and I decide that my experience should be posted at this forum to
    be a kind of warning not to be as stupid as I. Make sure the $20 ND is on
    your account before any deposit, or you will get it
