yea calling them from my house phone did cost a grip even on my cell phone did but the house was worst if u wanna save money just email them or try and get lucky on livechat
I would say the live chat works about 20% of the time at best. One time I did A little test for myself. I was trying to claim a Bonus Match on A deposit I had just made. Much like Birdshow, I dont like having to chat with using my voice. Many times its late at night and dont want to be waking the entire family with my loud voice. Anyway, I decided I would keep tryin live chat until someone answered. After the chat window timed out 3 times about a minute on the forth attempt A support person did answer.
I believe that the live chat room is way understaffed for the volume of promotion codes they must redeem in a Day. The other group of "Vegas Tech" casinos (I refer to as the "English harbor group") has an automatic method for awarding bonus match dollars. That is most likely the lyon share of the reasons people are trying to contact Go, Golden, or on line vegas casinos anyway!
Sometimes I just do not feel like going through the hassle of contacting them and end up not making my depost with them, like I would have preferred to do.

If you ever want to get that $20 ND Chip for Go Casino, make sure that you request it and then see it on your account BEFORE you make any deposit on the account. Once A deposit is made, the support person can't make the system accept the code.
This happened to me, I requested the $20 ND via email and waited and waited and waited! I wanted to try out the place and claimed the 1st auto match depost. Lost it all. Then i waited still 24 more hours! Then I used my telephone and called the toll free number.
They agreed with me that I had requested it before I made my deposit. The man tried to enter the code and get me my $20 ND but it rejected his attempts since that deposit was recorded in their system! Atleast the guy tried to get it for me so I could not get too mad. Just a little mad that they check their emails only whenever they feel like it! That was not the mans fault though.
Did they offer to do anything for you?
I'm surprised they can't just manually add $20 to your account...
