I love Omaha H/L so I think I can be alot of help here.
First of all in PLO H/L you always want to play the low hands, because low hands can turn into high hands, high hands can never turn into low hands. In this hand this is a "bad beat" I guess. Actually I take that back not really because he is going for the low and your are going for the high which is typical in PLO H/L.
I absolutely hate playing for the high only. THis is because you only have a chance to take half of the pot, and if the lo hits a better hi then you get scooped like you did here.
So my advice is to try to play hands that can take both the hi and the lo.
    Hope this helps.

You need to take the day off. You don't want to end up stacking off. Some days are just not your day. Whether it is your fault or not.

The pro's say all the time to get up when the table doesn't fit you. This is the same type of situation.

There is always going to be another day in online poker to play again. I have trouble doing this but at least I will take a couple of hours to get my head straight before getting back at it. Something to take your mind off of the Omaha hands previously as well. Take your time, think it through.
