Default Which EMail Should I Believe?

Recently I sent EMAILS to three casinos. All are Vegas Tech powered and all had tournaments for the March 3rd FreeRolll with the $200,000 prize pool.

I asked them to clarify the "Multiple account" policy they had regarding their freeroll tournament entry. (Asked if I could enrolll at all three for the same freeroll tournament) Anyway here is the responses. One is from the newly released GoCasino and the other is from Golden Casino. On Line Vegas Casino has not yet responded to my question so there are only these two answers!

1st Emails response from Golden Casino

    Dear Kurt,

Thanks for contacting us and I hope this email finds you well.

In those tournaments that appear in both casinos at the same time, you must chose from one of your accounts to play. You are unable to play with both accounts in the same tournament.

Our apologies for the delay in responding to this email. For any more info feel free to reply to this email or contact us at our toll free number 1-800-980-7818.

    Kind regards.

    Ed

    Subject: Clarify Duplicate Account Policy

Recently, at one of your three fine casinos, I had a popup warning. The warning that duplicate account entries in the $200000 March Freeroll would void any winnings from the tournament.

I have had an account at Golden Casino and OnLineVegas casino for quite some time. Does this warning refer to being enrolled for the tournament at both Casinos or is it refreing to having multiple accounts with the same casino and enrolling more than once with those multiple accounts?

Just want to get this all straight before March 3rd! I may need to withdrawl from the tournament at one of the casinos (Actually, I am also currently enrolled at you new Go casino!).

Please advise before March 3rd if I need to take action on this matter.

I pinned down the English Harbor group a few months back on a very similar matter. They advised me that one entry per casino was allowed in their freeroll tournaments. (I saved my chat for reference) so I assumed this was A \\\"Vegas tech\\\" policy. Perhaps I was in error making that assumption.

Thanks for putting on the best tournaments what ever your response is to me!

Since all three casinos are owned by the same group, I would stick with the response you got from Go Casino.

They stated that it was "perfectly ok" for you to have an account at each casino and play in the same tournament with each account.

If you run in to any problems should you win, you have it in writing that it's ok for you to play from all three accounts.

Good answer NDN. I like these casinos, but I feel A little bit uneasy about them. The support when calling in seems OK but alll the other support contact methods suck. I think that I am going to just do A minimum deopsit and carefully watch to see when I have met all the requiirements to do A $100 Withdrawl.
I have never done A cashout at these three casinos yet and would feel much better if I had done at least one.

USA players have little choice but get A check from them. I dont know for sure about that Solid Gold card they promote. From briefly looking at the fee table for that card, I saw quite A few fees explained with pretty generic wording. Those card fees may be A financial monster eating up any positive balance if not closely monitored!
