I understand it's a heads up game, but I think you risked too much. I can see reraising to 300 and letting him make the decision to push against you. I think if you see the flop you saw without being all-in, you might be able to pitch the hand and keep the chip lead. Other than that one hand, it seems to me your were a bit over aggressive. When I play heads up I tend to move between an extreme aggression to an extreme passive style. Something to consider when playing your next one is to vary your play. Instead of raising with a big hand, try limping. When you hit the flop, check and call and make a move on the turn or river. I've found it to work well for me, but not everyone plays poker the same way.

I use agression alot HU/short handed.
And i did change it up, theres a long streak of hands where i check/folded or similar in there
