I think the big hands are the 85 i half stacked him on, the AQ ino is an insta push with him that low. After that it got sick, but i dunno if i played anything wrong, which is why im asking. (the hand where i called the river after his pot bet when he had Trip Jacks is confusing me)

    Anyone got anything good??

(please dont copy my posts, just cut and paste the hands your commenting on please)

eejit, i read your entire post and i really feel like he could see your cards. He never made a big call without winning. He amazing folded hands. It was like the poker scam where he had the tools to see your hand too. I don't think I would have done 1 thing different except calling the 480 on the last hand. That was still enough to get back in it and win.

I didnt call, i bet it. I was worried about him having 2 hands. KJ and QJ, with the Js.

    He obv had it.

ANd it might seem that way - but i am 100% sure he couldnt see my cards

I understand it's a heads up game, but I think you risked too much. I can see reraising to 300 and letting him make the decision to push against you. I think if you see the flop you saw without being all-in, you might be able to pitch the hand and keep the chip lead. Other than that one hand, it seems to me your were a bit over aggressive. When I play heads up I tend to move between an extreme aggression to an extreme passive style. Something to consider when playing your next one is to vary your play. Instead of raising with a big hand, try limping. When you hit the flop, check and call and make a move on the turn or river. I've found it to work well for me, but not everyone plays poker the same way.
