If it was up to PayPal, they would accept gaming transactions from all over the world!

However, they have to be careful in regards to gaming transactions (especially with U.S. residents) or they'll find themselves in trouble.

You can use PayPal if you are not a U.S. resident to fund gaming accounts.

I believe you can use PayPal for skill gaming even if your a U.S. resident.

Ya In the us really none of them take paypal. its ***. It would be good for me. I could sell my worthless crap on ebay and deposit the money into a site. I just sold a sack of 20 blue top ford fuel injectors for 35$. I didnt pay for any of them. will just stick a few in my pocket when ever I can find them at the salvage yard.

What it is, is that there is a certain amount of time that the seller/buyer can turn a transaction around or dispute it and the gambling/casino sites do not want to put up with people scamming them out of money.

I know people here, and myself wouldn't do that, but there are scammers who would so it's better to just not have to deal with that situation at all.

Plus there are fees and at a certain point the buyer/seller has to take care of those charges.

I've been a member of Paypal forever, for online shopping and ebaying so I'm not new to the program at all.

That is my opinion on the situation and I think it is a well thought opinion honestly.

There are also some prepaid visas you can fund with paypal. I think wiredplastic prepaid you can, but it not instant. You have to wait 3 to 5 business days for transaction to complete.
