Limping in is a mistake. With only 6bb's you cant afford to limp. I honestly would consider shoving pre-flop depending on where the bubble is and how likely the limper is to fold to your shove.

As far as what to do there, folding I think is right, but by folding or shoving pre-flop you get rid of the need to make that decision.

There was one big mistake made and Kilinkman stated it already. The only two options you seem to have is to either push all in or fold. If you don't feel that your hand warrants a push, then fold. Now, on to the question on the flop. It's pretty easy. You fold. You only have 4 outs to make a better pair. The Q and the J of spades can't be counted, seeing as anyone with a single spade, especially the A of spades is going to stick around. Fold this one and move on.

They're right poke. You gotta shove pre. As far as the flop goes if it was a rainbow flop then maybe you can push and pick it up. However with this flop more then likely youll get a call from any spade 9 and above.

    Is this actually being debated?

1 - the limp preflop isnt that bad.
2 - Why are u wondering what to do? You limped to hit your hand, you didnt. So fold!
