    I got a email from a Rival casino saying I could no longer play as they are not taking Canadian accounts. Maybe they arent taking USA ones either.

    Many of rivals will deny promotions players who win quite lot, but allways you can ask changing yours situation with promotins and usually they change it when you "promice" that you play only one rival-casino.
