Hmm, if your going to bet the flop, i rpefer a bigger bet.

Playing it as is played - strong suspicion he has 22 or 66. Call the turn raise and if the river pairs the board or your kciker just push, if not check/call

I call and act based on the river, but I'm not gonna put him on the set of 2's or 6's. He might have 2 big cards and be trying to bluff with the raise. If I read the action correct the pot on the flop was 1075 and you stack is 13,998. The 400 bet on the turn doesn't show any strength at all. I would be thinking A anything. I would call with A anything also. You stack on the turn is 13,598. Now the pot is 1875 and his 300 bet is extremely weak. I would put him on A2 and is trying to figure out how strong his hand is with his reraise. I call. Remember he has the ability to put you all in so if you are thinking set and he checks to you, then check back. If you bet on the river with just the trip Q's, he might put you all in.

With no reads on the player and being new to the table conservative seems the best path. You call the turn and play the river card.

If the board pairs you're good. Pocket 6's?, maybe but not likely. If the board pairs anything but a 6 you take as much as you can looks like $4k - $6k.

If the board doesn't pair keep it cool and call or check. It's a rainbow out there so you're looking at him having maybe a Q with a bigger kicker or big pair. You want to see those cards though.

haha! im a donk. it wasnt my hand, but it was an interesting debate that struck up on a different forum which came down to 2 decisions, which were push in on the turn or just call and check/call the river...

turns out the villian was getting cute with AQ and an offsuit 9 didnt help us on the river.

I flat call, as if there are 3 agressors the other man may simply fold. If he finds you as passive you may get all 3 all in intead of just one
