I am so disappointed in this casino, I have been playing here for over a year, i have deposited over $1000.00, and I get emails from them all the time about certain days they have matchplay bonuses, I never have used any of them until last week, I made a deposit on a day there was a matchplay, and I made my playthrough, I asked support for the bonus, and she said I deposited too early it was not suppose to be until 6:00pm, well I told her I know that and I did wait until 6:00pm est. She said I deposited at a time when I was still at work, so then another rep the next day said I didn't get it becuase I never got the email, so I forwarded the email that they sent me, and then he changed his story again. Basically they lost a good customer over $10.00 it is not the money that makes me so mad, it is I never once made a withdraw 1000.00 dollars later and never a withdraw, and they wont honor a coupon that they sent to me?
