I lived there for 2 years. And it sucks completly. Everything is messed up. Only nice restaurants, but thats for the rich. Is like a black hole in the map.
Rio is wonderfull.
Loves that place.
Recife is poor but pretty and cultural.
Belo Horizonte, is calm for the size and has an average condition, lacks culture.
