the dumbest things

today was another entertaining day and left me speechless:

Me: so is everything the same as last year? address, phone #? person: yeah
after I print out forms to sign...... person: I changed my last name back to my maiden name and I moved!

(come on peeps, i don't ask questions for nothing! there's another 5 mins of my life i can't get back)

today i answered the phone: Hello, blah blah blah...... etc.

caller: Hi, I just want to know if you are busy right now? are there a lot of people there?

Me: yes, we are very busy right now, the wait is about 1 hour.

caller: are you sure?

another call today:

I answer the phone, blah blah blah, etc...

caller: can I make an appointment to see you this afternoon with my taxes.

Me: I'm sorry we don't do appointments it's by walk in only, first come, first serve.

caller: can you pencil me in for 1pm this afternoon


some of the things I hear..... LOL, no wonder these people need to see me.... hahaha
