    Default Hand History - Bodog

I have played 3 200pt 100k qualifying tournaments on Bodog. These tournaments pay out with tournament dollars. 2 out of the 3 times played, I had experienced the same hand.. It was with me holding AK of clubs in the BB and having a guy bet pre-flop for 400 at 10,20 blinds.

This is a red flag in my book because not only was the bet ridiculous for the blinds, but also, the repetitive nature of the hand. I instinctively shoved and ended up loosing the hand. (The entire time aware of the fact that it has happened in the past) So I contacted support because my hand history was temporarily unavailable at the moment... What is that about ?!!

The representative kept going in circles with me requesting that I check my hand history after I informed her multiple times that it was unavailable. She would say that she would have to end the call for me telling her of the this issue.... I honestly do not know how to feel about this and has greatly affected my view of the sites moral and business integrity.

Let me know if you have had issues like this, as I will be updating the thread.

I don't know what to think of it. What I know is that I witnessed the same hands and experienced offensive behavior from their staff. And with not being able to access my hand history, I can't help but be suspicious.

What should I request in the email, a refund of points or rather an investigation.I think that they would disregard any information that I would request regarding the hands or integrity of their site. Which I understand but I think it is mandatory for them to compensate because of their system errors. Give me some direction with the email that I should send.

Im not entirely comfortable on this kind of thing, NDN is probably the best guy to ask.

Id simply ask for an expanation, explain your loyalty to the site, what happened, ask for hand histories, and check the player exists with any online database (sharkscope or OPR or pokerDB).
