i just redeem the coupon and played for the slots game warlocksspell betting 5 dollar a reel when i got lucky and hit 3 books it was free spins then during my freespins i hit a reactivatted feature a 2witchs and 2 warlocks which was a 4x2500 and when during free spins its triple so my account balance was up 2300 then i raise my betting to 20 dollars a bet then switched to 100 a bet then whoops a sign popped up saying my funds are low i gotta change my bet and my account was back down to 55 then i check my acct history 2 c wat happen and that down there was what happen and i didnt bother to contact them and ask cause i know it was just a free chip anyway so i didnt bother
Interesting. I'm not exactly sure why they would remove the funds like that.
Did you by any chance hit a "random jackpot" during your play? I know they remove those from your account if you won them using a free chip.
Otherwise, I would shoot them an email to see what they say. Obviously they wouldn't allow you to cashout the full amount since it was on a free chip, but it's a little strange that they would take the money from your account in the middle of your play.
When you use a free chip most of the time you have a "play through" amount to wager. When you wager the required amount, They take all winnings except for the original amount the free chip was for. Happens to me all the time.
Thanks RocketMan! That makes sense!
thanks ndn and rocketman 4 explaining that situation 4 me but i m still thinking i won more then the play thru shouldnt they just take off the playthru and leave the remainings there left instead of taking the wholething away and let you start over again with just 55 chip that i started with??
It states right when you redeem the coupon that any remaining bonus will be removed on completion of play through.
Most of their free chips have a maximum cashout of 1x the bonus (unless otherwise stated).
So RocketMan's explanation makes perfect sense.
Once you reach the playthrough, they deduct any amount above the maximum cashout from your account.
I actually kind of like that idea and I didn't know they even did this.
