    Well, best thing is, when you play online and live within a forum, LOL, you should have a couple email addresses, one for poker, one for personal stuff, this not only to make it easier, but also more difficult for hackers to get to your accounts.

    Now....you can also take off the "subscribed thread update email" option on the User Control Panel
