Any participation in the games is at your sole choice, discretion and
risk.

The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the software
product remains with the Licensee.
That said, rest assured we also wish to keep both connectivity and
servers alive 24/7 - and our tech staff works hard to keep every detail
as top-notch as possible. Sometimes, though, events out of our control
can cause problems. There is nothing we want more than to fix and learn
from such experiences. We will continue improving, and that's a promise.

I don't give a damn about your promise to improve and learn from such experience!!! All I care about is you refunding my money because of the problem you had yesterday with your servers... That is all I care about... nothing more and nothing less...!!!! Please explain to me where it says that stealing peoples money is not a criminal offence... because in effect that is what you are doing... YOU ARE STEALING!!! All I asked for was a refund of the money I paid to play in a tournament that I never played in because your servers were not fully operational at the time... I did not ask for a promise that you will improve and I did not ask for you to learn more from this experience... all I did was asked for my money back... GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!
Do they not ever learn...!!!
