Bodog 30pt

So I'm playing in the 30 point tonight and I had an issue with bodog's software. Basically what happened was I bet preflop and a guy called and also showing that he was allin. Flop comes, I bet again, and he has the option to fold call or raise. I didn't understand it because it showed that the guy was all in.. I called support and was told that the hand history shows that he was not all in, well duh, he wasn't. However, the green icon said that he was and I was hung up on. So I called again, this time the guy apologized for the representative before and assured me that it would be looked into and that the 30pt would be returned. I thanked him and saw that the 30pt was put back in to my account but I'm curious as to where this is going to end up.

Okay so I made it 105 preflop. It folds around to this guy sitting across from me in middle position who calls. When he called, it showed that he was all in with the green icon and everything. Then the guy to the right of me called as well. The specific hole cards are irrelevant. But what happened was the guy who called me across the table was not all in and had chips behind him. Thus, making it an error on their software, why?? I don't know..

I don't know what a 30point is, but if it was a ring game, and the other player got disconnected it would declare him as all in even though he had more money, but this doesn't seem to be the case...

The 30pt is like a FPP on PokerStars. Basically another $500 freeroll with less people and a 30pt buy in.

Figured I would share it with the forum, ironically I have only placed once in the 30pt but like 4 times in the regular freeroll with 3x the amount of people. lol

I consider larger fields easier as there are more chips in play

I called support back today to see if there has been an update regarding the issue stated previously with their software and was told that the supervisor will get back to me. I have little faith that I will get a return call given that it was an error on their behalf, but it'll be interesting because I will most definately follow up with them lol
