So I'm playing in the 30 point tonight and I had an issue with bodog's software. Basically what happened was I bet preflop and a guy called and also showing that he was allin. Flop comes, I bet again, and he has the option to fold call or raise. I didn't understand it because it showed that the guy was all in.. I called support and was told that the hand history shows that he was not all in, well duh, he wasn't. However, the green icon said that he was and I was hung up on. So I called again, this time the guy apologized for the representative before and assured me that it would be looked into and that the 30pt would be returned. I thanked him and saw that the 30pt was put back in to my account but I'm curious as to where this is going to end up.
