My friend told me in Vegas the tourists are just throwing money on the table trying to see the flop out of excitement and glance at the turn to 5th street. I think it is very difficult to get people away from seeing the flop which makes playing any wired low's aggresively, a huge risk. But you see people do this all of the time online, and when they don't hit, they want to see it all the way down because of the pot.
