ftp check issues

ok i got my withdrawl check from ftp asap i deposited it to my bank and i got call from them today saying it was not honored ok so now i am so pissed its ridiculous and i have emailed support because now im worried

must be a FT error as surely there cant be a problem with the cashouts there.

Ewww that sounds bad, have you ever cashed an FTP check at your bank?

Also, get ready to wait at least 24 hours for their super support to answer... this is one thing I dont change stars for anything, their ultra fast support, something like this would get answered within the hour at stars and you could at least know what's going on, but with FTP ewww hope it all settles...

good luck with getting this resolved soon, i'm sure it's just a misunderstanding, maybe somebody at the bank is new and doesn't know how to process these checks? hopefully it's something simple!
