I have heard back from them and here is what they had to say:

"I have noticed that our first line of support did not do too well to say the least after going through the chat log.

I would like to apologize for it. Not that it justifies, but we had a massive amount of traffic coming back for the second part of our December No deposit bonus and unfortunately some players were not handled within the immediate timeframe.

We currently have a $22 ND bonus for January, and that might have confused them. Human errors that unfortunately sometimes happen but are happily fixed when noticed. Needless to say I have adjusted the players balance."

I am happy with their response and hopefull you'll give them another chance. They have adjusted your balance so if you have time, please download them again just to make sure they have taken care of this.
