    my plan to help me quit smoking was to always have a pack of smokes so I wont crave them. You know, if you don't have a smoke you want it....... so i figure if I always have a smoke IF i want it, it's there....... but then the cranky ole' man who is a smoker smoked my pack and thinks he doesn't have to buy me a pack if i'm quitting? MEN huh? doesn't know logic when it's right in front of them.........

    LOL but thats a nice approach, have a pack so you wont feel desperate without any smokes but try your best not to use them at all
