i never planned on making a new year's resolution at all, last year it was to "QUIT, QUITTING" meaning I'm not going to try and quit anything anymore..... lol, and I didn't quit a thing.

But last month I was hanging out with my neice and she was asking me to quit smoking all the time and one day (I guess i was just happy it being the holidays and I was surrounded by family, I promised her I'd try)

Guess what, I haven't had a cigarrette since January 1st..... YIPPEEEE, it's a bit hard, but when i think about the $100 I prob saved already, makes it worthwhile, just hope i can keep it up

(but when I"m playing poker, I crave cigs.... lol, but if i beat the smoking habit, i can use the $ saved to put on poker sites!)

I quit smoking almost two years ago.

Sunflower seeds and shredded beef jerky (comes in a tin like chewing tobacco) kept my mouth busy enough to help me quit.

Ok just wondering, but why would you think I would quit just cause you would visit me, I mean really what am I gaining, that sounds like a bad deal!

Secondly, TOOTHPICKS, stock up on those things if you plan on quitting, fu*k the gum, patch and whatever else is out there, get some toothpicks!
