I just had the worst help service of my life at palace of chance. I was having problems redeeming a coupon code and i decided to contact live chat and i was talking to "Bianca" and she was so rude ignoring me for like an hour then she asked me to send her a copy of my computer reciept for when i bought my computer so i did then she was like i cant read it blah blah blah. i was like can i please talk to a manager she said to me i am the head manager i am going above and beyond my duties trying to help u i was like by how ignoring me for an hour then i told her to forget about it that its not worth it and that i would deposit at a different casino. HORRIBLE SERVICE

Can I ask why you would ever need/want to send them a receipt from when you purchased your computer?
The only thing I could think of is that you were trying to prove that you were/are a new player and you were offering the receipt of your new computer as proof. Either way I agree that their performance wasn't acceptable. However, I think Palace of Chance is a decent place to play. As others read this, please post both your negative and positive feedback about Palace of chance.

They kept on telling me i wasnt a new player and i told them that yes i was i just moved bought a new computer and had never palyed there before and they kept telling me i was lying then she told me that she wanted to see my receipt for my computer

My guess was correct!
I would suggest calling them: Call US / Canada: 888-262-5515
and letting them know about your experience. Palace of Chance is considered a decent casino by most and I have never had any problems with them or their customer service. Usually if you are willing to call them you can speak with "higher authority" and get things resolved and they should take care of you better.
Please let me know if you take this step.
If not, Luckily there are many other casinos out there willing to treat you right.
