Well, Its about time this has happened to me!

First off I would like to say RealvegasOnline.com sucks it!

DO NOT redeem any of those stupid vanity cards unless you have deposited before or after July of 2005 I believe? ((i could be wrong about that date ..check the part of your e-mails from them that are marked with the *asterdisky thingy)) I mighta spelled that wrong lol

Anyways.. I don't know if this is the right place or area to post this, but I must vent about this situation because I think its a crock of ship! ((ship is a nicer word then i mean to use in this area))

I guess those vanity cards are only meant for depositors period. ((which I can understand and respect.. if they sent them to people who have deposited only..they shouldnt send them to everyone with an account))
I am SURE theres a list or a function that they can use to send those out to former and current depositors only..

Now, don't get me wrong I deposit still at many different casino, bingo and pokerrooms online. But, I have never deposited at realvegasonline/vegasfrontier casino before..

But still every few days or so, I recieve those vanity cards everyone thinks are the rage I guess.. and I happened to redeem one last friday night.. it was the one for all real video slots.. and I played fruit frenzy... hit a $100.00 then kept playing a bunch of other real series slots till I rolled the cash over several times then went to withdraw $75 to my neteller.. and heard nothing about it.. till a few minutes ago when I tried to log in and of course found out I had been locked out!

I didnt think/know I did anything wrong, but apparently after speaking to the worse customer service representive ever...((couldnt understand his accent half the time, plus he just said "hello" when he picked up, it took me a minute to establish it was realcraponline.com)) so.. I guess the vanity cards are only for those who have deposited in the past, and using them is a violation of the rules ((let alone trying to cash out)) and he informed me, that since in the past I redeem most of the ones they sent me I was breaking the rules and I needed to be locked out.. so, I told him not to send me any more e-mails or anything from them again.. and to delete my account.. he said he couldn't delete my account but the e-mails would stop, lets wait and see..

anyways.. I know this post might be stupid to some of you, or ridiculous as well.. Its just, I have never tried to cash out from a free bonus or a vanity card in my life.. and I didn't think i would be locked out for trying to withdraw even with the rollovers..

Because........when you read the asterdisk part of those rules it has 3-4 listings of people who CAN redeem/withdraw those vanity cards and it isnt clear that every single one of the requirments is needed to even redeem the vanity card.. either way its ALL play money I guess..

which is fine all in all, but not after you give them your neteller info then get locked out.. lol its kinda shady, but thats just me?

I am going to post this at some other casino forums.. because yes, I am a tad upset with realvegasonline and the BS way they handle this kinda thing.

I always read these kinda posts but never experinced it, it makes me pissed at all the online casinos that send out those nd coupons..

There are a few places that have paid me out, have great customer service and are respectable.. But, they don't offer no deposit bonuses and that could be why they handle and take care of things better... who knows?

that sucks. that casino has always had a bad reputation. if you deposit alot do it through the links here, become a depositing member and get money back on some of your deposits!!!
check out the bit in the forum called NDNDC (no deposit needed depositors club)

all those places RTG they are a bunch of crap sites i do nothing other then to make as manny acct as i want to screw them back they are the lousiest customer service and casino slots ive ever seen u might hit one goody out of a 1000 i tryd cashing out as did a friend and guess what happened ......NEVER GOT IT AND ACCTS GOT LOCKED... so i do nothing better then to screw them back for sending me most of the codes in the first place..if there ganna send them im ganna find a way to use them and concider it fun play and fun play thats all.........

i dont belive you can honestly say that. A few are dodgy, the ones we dont list. But i have had proper pay outs from prism, cirrus, breakaway and others.

And the best online casino in my opinion is on RTG, casino extreme, they have paid me $600 when i won it, and they do it instanty to neteller and clicktopay. You cant go wrong there, even if you lose they give you a 20% insurance bonus if you dont use a bonus code with your deposit.

just dont put all the RTG casinos in the same stereotypical view you seem to have matey. there are alot of good ones, all the ones we advertise here!!

I'm sorry to hear about your experiece. It's unfortunate when these things happen but hopefully we can all learn from it and avoid them in the future.
