I realize that but would you have called that? I don't think so But I play alot of live poker and that's what a base my experience off of.

It's not live tho, alot peeps been up awhile, playing three tables, wanna go to bed.You will have another chance, win lots of small pots early and a big one late and it will all be ok.

What happened? I had 5800 chips and the site froze up and I rebooted my computer (4 minutes total) with the BB at 300 chips and when I logged back on it said congratulations 2nd place in the tourney!

I couldn't tell if you were "sitting out" or not RocketMan.

Eejit (taxiguy) cleaned up the final six pretty quickly.

As an observer, it didn't state whether or not you were sitting out.

At least you still took second!

might of been a bad call on his point but my question is why did you call 50 with just j7 os? you had 575 in chips. you make a call preflop for nearly 10% of your chips. maybe the guy had a read on you after flop and didnt think you had the jack. he was in the bb and flopped 2 pair. so he had great pot odds to call the bet on the flop. and even better if he doesnt think yo have the jack. now on the turn an ace of spades comes out and gives him a flush draw now plus he alread has 2 pair. you basicly went all in and he was most likely thinking the guy didn't raise preflop so he doesnt have an ace and he is already thinking you dont have the jack so in his mind he thiks this is a stone cold bluff but lucky for him he has 2 pair jacks and three's with a flush draw. at this point he feels he has the best hand so he makes the simply reraise to put you all in for your last 25. the flop comes and he gets lucky and gets a 4 card flush. so the way i see maybe you rethink the hand and the hands before this one and think maybe you set yourself up for this type of beat. if i was you i would of folded preflop but that is me. playing those hands can only get you in trouble most of the time but you will get lucky some times but more times then not your just giving away your chips with bad cards like j7 os. i am not dogging your play here but just trying to give you a piece of my mind and what i think went wrong with hand your upset about.
