i downloaded casino but wont start sayz i arnt connected check ma internet i done that heaps o times and redownloaded still no go

I tried to download this casino twice .. both times my Norton Anti Virus detected it as a HIGH RISK Security threat and removed it from my computer .. BE CAREFUL!!

they told me i recieved the bonus already and i know i didn't
first i called and i had one person tell me that i recieved the bonus on 11-17-08
then i contacted live support and they said i recieved the bonus $5 on 10-08-08

I know that i never recieved a bonus from vegas online (yeah i did from goldencasino) and i also deposit there but they swear i recieved it and I keep track of my casino bonuses very well

I asked them what's next? am I going to win and they tell me I didn't...lol

I don't have time for casinos like that I told them to close my accounts ..I will spend my money elsewhere
