How does a tie occur?
I feel like a total girl asking that!!
The rules for regular season games are as follows:
If the teams are tied at the end of the 4th quarter, the games goes to overtime. Before overtime starts, there is a coin flip. The winner of the coin flip decides whether to kick or receive.
The first team to score in overtime wins, even a field goal is good enough.
If after the 15 minute overtime period, neither team was able to score, the game ends in a tie.
This would not be possible in the playoffs as there would have to be a winner so I guess it would go into double overtime (?)
The best way tyo resolve this BAD BAD issue is to just play it like on NCAA:
Each team gets an attempt to score from the 25yd and they keep going till someone doesnt answer back with the same score or answers back with a better score.
After the 3rd set series, each team MUST attempt to convert a 2pt conversion to help decide the game
Well they do have the WORST system EVER to define a game you know? Keeping these players for an extra 45-60 mins on the field aint rightt, its a very physical game....
