USC probably got it in the mail when he got a bunch of sportbook payoffs and just hasn't opened that envelope yet.

Dude it took FOREVER! but you know wht, I think that something went wrong at some point, as the package here had a postal ticket that said it was "delivered open" so maybe package got screwed and it took longer to get here

I am happy as hell its here now, along with my NDN cards as well

Right on! Damn that sucks though, especially if you are waiting for say a Check from winning the Sunday Million!
